He was another victim of the we can't manage so lets blame someone else. The pointing of the finger to get the heat off of ones self it the oldest trick in the 56MM book.

I've been a BRM in EE for a while, and I was recently moved to another branch. At the time, that seemed like a good move. Recently, an event ocurred that will make that move not so favorable. I was told that I would have compensation for that move, but instead, TR is bending me over and having his way with me. I now see how untrue ERAC's mission statement/founding values are, and I have been actively seeking employment elsewhere. I hope that TR gets vd and dies a very painful death.

i love how when you are "promoted" you dont even get more $, they say well you were going to make $35 at the last branch but u would have made $39 so your new payplan is set at $39, congrats! now work harder!

or some bad debt or rental prior to your arrival takes away your entire commission check



and john martin and two other ABMs quit a few weeks ago


they fuck us poor abm's over... and wont adjust payplans when they open a new branch right down the street but their founding value is "take care of employees"

I know John pretty well. Worked in 56ww for about 3 years. He is scum. He slept with 3 girls I know for sure. Oh, and he's married with like 3 kids. Classy

John left because they moved him to that hell hole Covington Pike and promised him money. They didn't deliver because they took a 70 car satelitte away from him and opened two stores within miles of him. 56WW is horrible. You know you have a problem when your recruiting manager leaves for another job. Marter's retetion is horrible. When I quit it was like I was breaking up with her and the company, and they were spurned lovers. It has to be the worst job I ever had.
