Since when has this ever hurt anyones career at Enterprise? History has proven that it only helps it.

I worked for 56 - I agree with the last guy! ERAC is all about rewarding POOR work not HARD work! Isn't that one of the "founding values". If you do work hard you are screwed and if you are lazy or a slut you are rewarded! If you are a female you are promoted a helluva lot faster for sleeping with someone and if you are a guy and a "good ol TN" boy that has no morals or values you get what you want. There were plenty of Area Managers, HR managers, recruiters, admin folks that had DUI's, love triangles, failed drug tests - but they still had a job at ERAC.

I used to work in EE a year ago, does anybody know what happened to Brent Rogers (area manager).

Brent wrecked his company and was not on the Enterprise plan after a "enterprise happy hour." What a joke. ERAC pours beer and wine down your throat at every turn but turn their back on you when you have an accident or screw up.

Your kidding me. What is he doing now does anybody know? Suing Enterprise? Did he get hurt? What happened. That sucks Brent is a great guy. I am sure he is happier now whatever it is he's doing.
