Default Eastern Tennessee (Tri-Cities)

I just graduated college in December and a friend of mine has been pushing me to start working in Johnson City, TN. I have heard a few good things and a few not so good things. I have never heard an employee say bad things, it is always been the exact opposite. So is there anyone out there at this or nearby locations hate their jobs, and more importantly, why?

When you drink the kool-aid you will always agree with the cult. Take the position with ERAC and play the game for 18 months. By then you will have a nice resume that Monstor will love and you will find a real career.

I've got news for you, that bit about enterprise being good for your resume????????A BIG LOAD OF SHIT!!!!!!!! I called around to no less than 5 placement agencies and flat asked about e on my resume, and was told all 5 times that it means nothing. Employers DO NOT CARE if we worked with the cult. Track record counts, not the fact that we have all been abused for "x" amount of time. The advice I recieved from 4 out of 5 agents was to bail at the first chance. They had all heard the horror stories before.............
