I like the way they sell this job to you in the interview process, it is the same way they teach you to sell CDW to customers who do not need it. They lie to everyone to make a dollar. They are evil. There is a special place in hell reserved for ARM and aboves. They cheat on their spouses and lie to their employees. The only people that this job is good for, is for children straight out of college who have never had a real job.

You know guys ERAC hasnt been all roses for me over the last 2 years, but I also didnt come to the "great place to work." from college I have been in the work place as manager of other business and as owner of another business and let me tell you. The grass isnt always greener on the other side. I have worked in two groups in the last two years and I have seen alot of shady stuff but I see that everywhere doesnt matter the business or the company. It is the same Corp BS in each situation.
