You have a point, no ERAC employee will ever truly win... However, I was speaking in general terms that i respected Sallade, and he taught me a lot while I 'was' there. To answer your question.... Sallade was not enough to keep me there, and frankly there wasn't a single person there that would have made me stay... I simply made a comment that I respected Sallade & thought he deserved the position.......... now shut up already.......
