This is just another ERAC PR movement to say "Look how diverse we are". You can expect this to blow up in their face just like the "Look how family-friendly we are" cluster-fuck of 2003 starring Jeanne and Rachel. Look how effective that turned out to be.

It's OK we all know it is true. ERAC is so desperate for new suckers, and with this recent crackdown on illegals from Mexico, they are hiring many legal and illegal imigrants from countries that want to blow us up.

sorry but I was never in HR - those idiots can't wipe thier own ass without directions and help from other "team" players. HR doesn't do SH*T. it is where failures and F*CK ups go. you have to get on your knees or recieve reacharounds to work in HR. they are all so worthless.

you're right, I don't think a union at erac would work either. The point is, why even go to college if you want to make a career of a profession like renting cars.

Teachers work hard! City employees that is a different matter. Unions won't work at Erac. The only think that will help people is this site. We need to let people know it is just better to not work for them in the first place. The poor pay, long hours. Unless your really desperate--and I mean boarder line homeless I would not work for ERAC. Life is too short to put up with that crap. People treat you like dirt there and disrespect you all day. Then your Area manager will side with them when they complain--and trust me they always side with the customers. Most of ERAC customers should not even be allow to drive a car. Most of there customers are boarder line "cavemen".
