yeah, brian baker needs to go...it'll help make group 57 a little better, not much, but a little better. Does Cavoli know that he is a GM now? I am confused by him, I don't think he has gotten the msg yet that he is the GM of group 57 and not Jeff Harter.

Harter is a worm. Baker is a poor excuse of a level 3. Typical bad decision from the out of touch regionals.

Well his title IS controller. Maybe he's doing too much controlling. It wouldn't surprise me if he was pulling some major strings in that company. Although he's already told me people that were getting certain jobs and he ended up being wrong. Although maybe he's the type to plant rumors just to see who's talking and who is being loyal. How much $$$ do you think he's bringing in each year?

You would think Art Turner would've been in touch when he hired him. Although I heard the front runners were Baker and Rebekah the LCAM at the time, who Harter claimed was definitely going to get the spot. I know I heard 3 managers in that area agreed to walk out and quit if she became their boss....not that it would've made management shy away from hiring someone they wanted. But after talks of being an Area Manager the LCAM has been managing the Airport in Harrisburg for over a year. How did that happen that she's in Area Manager talks and then she gets stuck at a branch, which from LCAM I see as a de-motion, when you have the last 3 LCAMs leave their positions to take Area Manager spots (Steve Weidner, Dino Lombardo, Janelle Sams). What gives there?

I think I realized that soon before he left when he claimed that Brian Baker was going to become one of the best Area Managers the group had ever seen. I'm only hoping he was secretly being sarcastic or trying to fool himself because he was stuck with a douche of an AM in his region. If Art's head got any bigger his neck would break.
