Hey, we all have to rant a bit sometimes...it's good therapy. I wish I knew who you were. I know there is only one office that has Caddys in Harrisburg. Still, I'm guessing wondering who you are. So when are YOU leaving? For the record, I DID leave on my own terms, and I'm doing exactly what I planned to do for the rest of my life. And I'm doing it M-F 8:30am-5pm. So I most definitely left on my own terms. But damn, boy....you're really hating yourself some Greg Sallade. Bad Net Profit this month or something??

It's "foul" language...not "fowl" as in a chicken. LOL...sorry, I couldn't resist.

I hate the erac system, it eventually weeds out the tenured people like Sallade. With 15 years of experience , of course he will be earning a higher percentage of his area than the average area person. I am sure he was split a few times, hit goals in the past, and recieved a few bumps in commission. NOW, You can only pay a guy that much for so long. If he isn't GREATLY outperfoming all the others around him and bringing anything new ideas to the table (which if he WAS, he would have moved up already), then they will replace him with a much less expensive newly promoted person. Even if he is performing average/good to the group. That's the deal. Your loyalty and years of service to the company mean NOTHING. You could be a decent performer and still get bumped out of the system. The machine gets you everytime, just a matter of when your number is picked. Greg isnt going anywhere until erac says it's time. If his numbers slip for a few months in a row, the process starts.

so did you quit just recently? I quite over a month ago and they never wanted to set up an exit interview. you'd think after 2 years that would be the important people to talk to but I guess not. the important part is, I got all of the checks I had coming to me. That was really all I cared about at the end.

He was going to quit when he worked as a branch manager for Sallade, Sallade talks him into staying, time goes by and 2 promotions later, Art Turner ends up being Sallade's superior, they re-arrange the groups so that Greg doesnt report to his former employee, and now Art is a Regional, and Sallade is still in the same spot. Ahhhhhh, Gotta love the erac system....

Hey, Turner getting pushed through the system at hyperspeed compared to every other branch/area manager wouldnt have anything to do with the fact he is a minority, which ERAC desperately needed at level three in group 57 to meet the affirmative action ratios, would it????
