Group 57 Exodus

The BM @ 41 was hands down the best of the best. Maybe his passion and buyin on the company was a little shallow, however, Enterprise wanted to see results, and thats what he got them, but would they promote him????
Heck no!! And come to find out, the GRM called him a selfish bastard for leaving. Right, selfish bastard for leaving after 6 hardworking years, and getting the door slammed in your face time & time & time again. Makes sense to me!!

The funny part is, the BRM's they are grooming for the next level now are all great people, but awful managers. I feel sorry for GP57 in the next 2 years if those guys have reign.

Is Zavacky still an area manager? I worked in 57 about 10 years ago when he was the corporate accounts manager. Surprised he is still there.

There are a few good people in the upper ranks, but most of the good ones were flushed out of the system because they made too much cash....Isn't that how erac works? You have a window of opportunity that slams shut fast at each level of the game. If you didn't make it through the window in time, and continue to earn more and get to higher pay scales, they flush you out and bring in the new and cheaper.

zabinsky and the gm in philly did not like each other and he got axed.

Is Cuong still with car sales? he was pretty good...really nice guy.

No, he left about 4-6 months ago. Him and Stella left at the same time as far as I understand.

5710 is in Chambersburg (bublef*ck), PA. It's in the middle of no where and the closest branch is a satellite in the middle of no where about 25-30 minutes away.

I never worked for Zavacky and Davidheiser. East side is like another group when you're on the West or South. From what I understand, East side is not having as many retention problems lately, so apparently those two gentlemen are doing a better job. I will sya I have never seen a man more respected (and feared) in Enterprise than Mark Zavacky...but I haven't had a lot of experience with him. On the other side, a lot of the new Area managers that are causing people to get disgruntled are guys coming from the East side so who knows. I can't put a finger on one thing, but between lack or cars, lack of personnel and lack of management support, who would want to stay at ERAC in GP57? Even when things get better and your staff and availability of cars gets up, you're just sitting and waiting for the bottom to drop out again. forget it....let someone else deal with that. I'm in the dirver's seat now.

P.S. Whoever ripped on PA, that's just wrong! What is group 32? You'd better not say W. Virginia!

Isn't Zavacky the guy that has applied for 15 rvp positions and has been rejected every time. That's what I heard.
