I'm glad Johnny K left on his own terms. He put in so much time and made ERAc soooo much money. Fact is, John DID lie, cheat, and steal to get ahead. He did some shady stuff, but he was a smart cat. Total respect for the guy....shame management let him go. For the record, I heard Michele B wanted him fired over something pretty insignifiacnt in the grand scheme and Greg Sallade refused....which almost got HIM fired. That woman was a piece of work.

Your right. Johnny DID lie cheat and steal....He did what he felt he had to do. Lets face it, maintaining that starchy white shirt isnt going to get you there. You have got to get dirty a little bit. Johnny really pushed the envelope at times however. Definately shady, but I would have run through a wall for the guy, becuase he was a REAL person, and he really did care about his people and customers. He didnt just talk the talk. I have a lot of respect for someone who takes a stance and doesn't compromise to fit the ERAC mold.

Are we allow to name the people in group 57 that used drugs at company events like the XMas parties on this list?

Feel free to name anyone....just use the word "Allegedly" in front of anything you say. For example, I heard that allegedly the manager at an airport was having sex with an Area Manager in a neighboring city. See, it's easy...and I'm free of any legal reprucussions...since I didn't claim anything as a fact. It's easy, kids!

I'm upset this thread died. Things seemed to have calmed down now and not as many people are leaving. But there were people that called me when I quit and said they were looking for jobs too, and they're still E-rocking it at their branches. If they found motivation to stay i'm glad for them, but if they just haven't been able to find something else then I feel bad for them. Anyone else getting the feeling theire are more people on the way out? May be it's time for a fresh new round of firings?

I believe they were referring to a manager at the airport office. There were always rumors flying aorund that she was sleeping with a lot of the higher ups. Who knows if any of them are actually true. When I heard a rumor she and her husband were doing spouse swapping with the female GM and that the female GM swung both ways I decided that things were too ridiculous to believe. I mean, Come on! That would be REALLY crazy if it was true. So unless you actually see it, you just never know. And I've never seen it. If I did, I'd share the pictures...and you would enjoy them.
