This is nothing new. Everyone claims that 90% of ERAC managers are looking for other jobs. What's actually true is 90% of ERAC managers would like a new job to fall in their lap. They're not actually going to go out and look for one. So continue to complain and be unhappy and get anxiety because it's Sunday night and you know you're not going to have any cars for your 30 deals Monday morning...I'm sure the job fairy will appear one day and grant you that new job you've been longing for.
