This is very true. I work in lancaster and he is definately doing this and Cavoli knows and has been told Brian to stop however, he is still doing it. He probably doesn't care...Half of his current employees (including management) are looking for other jobs and are ready to quit.

i know i am in the minority on this one however brian b is a good guy. works his employees pretty hard and i a hardass but will do anything for you. he is an old school person and there isn't many left. he is a great area mgr if you like someone with a set and will fight for you when the chips are down.

that isn't just bb's problem.. that is like the whole group.... i would say at least 90% of employees are contemplating leaving or would leave if they had another job in front of their face. it takes alot of work to get another job especally when you work erac's hours. 10% want to be there or feel trapped or are making so much money why would they leave? 10% tops want to be there.. that is pretty sad for a company.

This is nothing new. Everyone claims that 90% of ERAC managers are looking for other jobs. What's actually true is 90% of ERAC managers would like a new job to fall in their lap. They're not actually going to go out and look for one. So continue to complain and be unhappy and get anxiety because it's Sunday night and you know you're not going to have any cars for your 30 deals Monday morning...I'm sure the job fairy will appear one day and grant you that new job you've been longing for.
