You get that at any company my friend. Large corporations are easy targets.....deep pockets. Attorneys love it - they feast on idiots hoping to make a quick buck. It's like winning the lottery....the majority of this society seems to think they deserve something for nothing. Not to say some of the lawsuits aren't legitimate and people need to be protected, but it's out of control!!

I disagree---yes there alot of bullshit lawsuits. But in Enterprises case alot of them are very valid---ie---Enterprise used to not pay trainees overtime--it took a lawsuite in Florida to change there ways. I think so far they have been lucky without getting hit real hard with a major lawsuit, but that will change. They have screwed to many employees.
