Default Class Action Lawsuit

Wallmart just got hit with a big lawsuit because they did not allow employees a lunch break. How many times did you not get a lunch break at enterprise and thats with working 12 hour days. It's time we take a stand againts the corporate Giants. I am contacting a attorney today to get the ball moving. This is a valid lawsuit. More to follow....

You are the reason our legal system is bogged down with frivolous lawsuits.

You’re not really going to sue because you didn’t get a lunch break, are you?! COME ON! There are so many more serious allegations against ERAC that should be pursued. I hate to be so negative against this, but get a life. What does not getting a lunch break have to do with anything? I am offered a lunch break at my job. I choose not to take it. If I am gone from my home and family for 10 hours a day (includes travel time) I don’t want to be getting paid for only 8 hours…I want to be getting paid for 9 hours so I eat my lunch at my desk.

Is this case really about not getting a lunch break or not getting a lunch break and having them take the time out of your check anyway? If the later is the case I agree that action is warranted. But don’t just sue because of the fact that you didn’t get a lunch break.
