Default "F" Enterprise

Enterprise really sucks because they dont give a rats ass about the employees. The people that make all the cars clean and wash the cars and make them smell like new, help run Enter(suck, no)prise. I hate all of the people that speak to me as if washing cars is my career choice. It's a job that helps pay the bills when attending school. All the big payed bosses need to take their heads out of their asses and need a good beating from all of our customers. No benifits for car preps! "F" you Enterprise. Enterprise rent a car, we'll pick you up. Oh wait i'll call hertz.

hahahaha...i don't work for enterprise and i laugh at you. If you are not retired and doing the "driver" or "car prep" position, you are a loser with a capital L!

Actually, the first poster has a point...Most car preps are part time, therefore receive no benefits. Most of the car preps / drivers that I ever worked with were some of the hardest workers in the company. These guys and girls busted their butts harder than most of the management employees in my rental branches, and they got crapped on the most. Few are ever treated or trained as possible MT's, when it turns out that if there was any sort of training opportunities offered, a lot of these employees would step up and try to actually 'promote from within'. Since a college degree isn't required of MT's, there should be more chances like this for car preps and drivers to better themselves with the company.

Just another example of the hipocrisy that is Enterprise. To the first poster, there are some employees out there who really appreciate your hard work and really relied on y'all to help us get business done. I can't tell you how many times I had a car prep stay late to bring a customer home or came in on a Saturday to help get cars clean. Thanks for your effort!

Word, 06. Many of my car preps have been awesome to work with.

However, most of them see what being an MT is like and would NEVER want to do it....

I dig the car preps...when you're in college, you can't beat the ERAc job. You can come in and work a couple hours a day around your classes and work all day Saturday (3 hours) I wish I had known about it and I would've been a car prep during college...and I also would've seen enough to know not to become a trainee there. Dammit.

It's true, I am a current level three and we blew off diversity training and played golf at an elite golf club. It was a lot more fun.
