Dude, what did car sales ever do to you? I can't talk for GP57, but I know someone in another group that is in Car Sales and he seems to make some decent money. I guess my opinion is, why not just go and work at a traditional car dealership if you want to sell cars?
The biggest frustration I've heard from him is that a good amount of the people you try and sell a car to do not qualify for a loan.

I guess I just don't see the point of sticking with Enterprise if you want to sell cars. Am I the only one thinking this way?

I am sure other groups car sales do fine --

group 57 car sales is the only one in the country that has taken more that 3 years to get out of the red (still not out of the red) -

they treat everyone in rental like jerks - the one dealer I do a lot of business with sold me a car on a better deal than car sales could with an employee discount (by $2500)

This tread is for group 57 car sales only - no profit assholes -

how would they feel if we rented a car to them for more than some Joe off the street....

That why it seems to me that their market is people who are deperate for a car, or too foolish to shop around for a lower deal.

Now you know more than you did yesterday. The greatest employees to ever grace a desk in car sales were Nhan Vo and James Pierce. Effing legendary. They got a way with doing next to nothing and made more money than the average mt. You tell me who is really being had. Your local dealership probably sees you as a tragic figure and just wants to cut you some slack because you're caught in the meat grinder. Your college degree and a steamer left in the hallway at the crowne plaza are actually interchangeable. sorry dude.
