If they damage the car collect the money dip shit. Don't hassel us because your a pussy and don't want to do your job.
I have that same feeling that they are scared to call customers. I think that is why Marza was promoted so fast, she told it like it is. Some of the peeps in loss control are scared to tell people they owe money.

I interviewed for Loss Control and did not get in, but I will say that they did not once asked me if I was scared to call people. All they were worried about was waiver sales. That is completely different. I am an A-Hole to people who owes us money.

I've said it before and I'll say it again...I WOULD NOT want to work in Loss Control. Dealing with the deadbeats when they want to rent a car fro myou was bad enough....I can't imagine how they act when you want money from them. I never had a problem with Loss Control....and Mike Smith was my LC rep and he always seemed to do a good job. I never heard of him calling and saying anything crazy like that to me about not having a customer pay. The only thing LC ever did to get my panties in a bunch was sacking me with damage that I felt should've gone to another branch. But hey, that's bound to happen from time to time.

Has LC changed at all since Pam left?

Yes, it has. Since Pam left, the new guy has made the Loss Control people bring the branches donuts every morning. At lunch, they are required to bring us lunch and sing a jingle that they made up about our branch.

that's how Kate was and she's really good. Billy's good too.
Its gotta be one of the worst jobs. They're like our I.A. and have to spend time with deadbeats.

those stupid fucks don't know shit - they fuck up every deal

when we can collect, they don't

when I can't collect, they tell us to

they never let us rent to our regulars or good customers and they are scared little pussies that back down for every fuck that complains

then they act all high and mighty and pat themselves on the back

fuck loss control

I agree. They are so scared not to get any insurance company in a uproar over a few customer complains that they force so many branches to eat money for alot of damages. They bend so easy.

I worked for Erac at a different group and they never bended once. You rented the car and if there was damage--even small---they made you pay for it. Group 57 is a bunch of uptight idiots.
