What did the dazzle say to reveal who he was? What was his position?

dazzle did give away who he was - he was arguing about an accident he had in an ERAC car.... he gave out too much detail in his postings..... He shouldn't have been so descriptive of the accident and the LC people involved....

Dazzle is a guy named Faraz who was an Asst. Manager. I guess he got mad because someone made a claim that he got a DUI and there as a coverup. I know nothing about this, I was only aware that he was working in the Allentown area, got promoted to the Williamsport area, and then was sent back to Allentown as an MA (I was told he chose a demotion because he couldn't get along with the BM at his current branch). Well apparently someone made a false claim and he felt the need to defend himself, and revealed who he was. I also noticed that he said some negative thigns about Car sales, which, as I warned, I'm sure management probably wouldn't appreciate if they were to read this...which we all KNOW they do daily.

So, the reason I started this was, I was curious if his recent firing had anything to do with his comments and presence here on this site.

Of course thats why he was fired. ERAC loves scare tactics. They will do whatever it takes to scare people away from this website.

From what i hear the dazzle was on his way out for awhile now it just took longer than management thought it would, but I do believe he was terminated due to not showing up to work a couple times but I also believe that being on this site and admitting who he is could have had something to do with it

If they fired someone for being on this site, than that is the most pathetic thing...what about freedom of speech? He was just defending himself. Plus, I didn't know Faraz too well, but I have heard a lot of good and some bad about him (as with anyone), but he seems like a decent guy. Did he have the numbers, was his branch doing well, or was it a personal thing? Oh well, he is much better off now. I have been green free for a few months, and it is WONDERFUL.

I think it's as appalling as the next guy, but it's really not an issue of Freedom of Speech. Freedom of Speech just means the government can't muzzle you. Enterprise can't really muzzle you either, but they have the right to fire you.

They're narrow-minded dinosaurs and don't understand the Internet and are afraid of it, but they're really not violating your Freedom of Speech; they're just exercising their right to employ whom they want.
