Shit, from what I heard Cory called more than 10 ex-ERAC'ers and they all still talk to Mark. I don't think he cares if you are with ERAC or not, he will always be a mentor.

Steve little where are you??
Tom Walling is a really good guy.

I agree, maybe not work for never had the chance, but in meeting with him and dealing with him on other ERAC stuff he was nothing but on the side of the MTs.

Seemingly... You never got the chance to actually work with him. I can assure you that most of the employees and business accounts in his area would disagree with you. They are always complaining about him...The accounts hate going anywhere with him...they feel very uncomfortable because he is a very unnatural person (too ERAC mechanical, if you know what I mean, they can see right through him).

That's great, but the fact is there is nothing personal about erac...it's all about business....and Zavacky is transparent, both with accounts and most employees. Very unnatural.

TRUE TRUE TRUE. MZ is the biggest douchebag in the whole wide world of ERAC!

...and he has the most jacked up eyebrows I have ever set eyes on. DAMN! I can't stand looking at that tool. I wish he would crawl back in the cave he emerged from..... He is a freakin' Neanderthal.

Neanderthal: Primitive humans which lived throughout much of Europe, but particulary in France, Germany, and Eastern Group 57. The term "Neanderthal," derives from the Neanderthal Valley in Central/Eastern Pennsylvania, where the first fossils were found. Anatomically, they differed from their chief competitors, Cro-Magnon man in that they tended to be more squat, with thicker bones, and brow ridges, with one fairly distinct Uni-brow. They existed through hunter-gathering of cars, trucks and minivans, as did the Cro-Magnon, but seem to have been far less technologically innovative, a quality which may have contributed to their failing to get promoted out of Group 57 after 14 attempts, and their ultimate demise.

Zavacky does not make any were close to $500,000 a year. There is no way he makes over $250,000.oo--still a lot of money--but he worked hard and I think they will get rid of him sooner or later--they have not moved him up so he pissed off someone.

However, ERAC would have you believe that other companies don't pay like this but believe it or not a lot of other companies pay there upper managers better---I was at the gym the other day and there sat a $100,000 2006 BMW M5--I don't see Zavacky, Turner, TOBIN, Calvoli driving around in cars like that. Actually, A guy in my hood was driving a $97,000 MB E55 and guess what he does not work for ERAC. Point is ERAC has talked up the six figures BS and that's all it is BS--many other companies pay way more than ERAC.
