I think TJW is Tim Westfall, and not Tom Walling.

And he Westfall is a goof. Typical person using their position to make up for their shortcomings. In this case, literally.

TJW has absolutely no backbone & may just be the most brainwashed ERAC employee I ever met. He is known as the ghost because he is very hard to find. Whenever anyone quits, Tom looks at them in total disgust. I never met anyone as unprofessional as TJW. He is a nice guy as long as you pray to the ERAC god with him. If you have any intelligence and ability to think for yourself, he will not like you.

Mark is alright. He actually seems to care to some degree about certain ppl on a personal basis. Part of the reason he is where he is- is because he is a natural salesman and full of bull shit (and is generally good at changing peoples' minds). Most likely neither one will go past where they
are today. TJW will be very disappointed. Mark will move on with out a problem. This is just my prediction - but a good one.

Where do you see Tom J. Walling in 5 years? 10 years?

MDZ has already been turned down SEVERAL times for promotions because of his arrogance, and shitty numbers, and he will continue to be denied promotions in the future, and for those of you who defend him, shame on you. MDZ is one of the biggest assholes I have ever had the displeasuire of dealing with. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever worked under, when dealing with other employees, he screams and curses in front of others, accuses people of things they never did, "to get them to understand" his reasons of why he attacked them. AS a professional, you never use vulgarity in a business meeting with others, and at his level he should know this. Yeah he may have done some nice things for some people, but overall, if you did not kiss his ass he has no use for you.

so your french (displeasuire) and communicate through a language that is no longer used (latin). no wonder he had no use for you at erac. you may have been to smart. mark is a good guy if you perform he is even a better person. to make a long story short upper mgmt is under so much pressure to perform you may take a person like mark to be hard but they have goals to meet through people under him. nobody is going to continue to pay you for being a nice guy and just throwing your hands up and say well you tried your best. in a perfect world that would be the case but this business however, even though it is renting cars, is cuthroat. you are as good as your last month and, what have you done for me lately? in any cuthroat business that is the reality. bad person? no. involved in a cuthroat business and always worried about job security? yes!
