Can any former erac admin employees shed some light on what all of those pork chops do over there every day? In the branch it was non-stop damage control from 730am to 630..700..800pm. I know that much from my 3 years on the inside. However, I would love to know what all of those admin hacks do all day long. remarketing? they sit around with retired old men ripping ass and sucking down coffee all day. loss control? pester the branches for paperwork, pussyfoot around with body shops, and harass customers about non-existant damage on cars. harter and accounting? that has to be the biggest f-troop in the whole building! i know that the vast majority of them make less than $10/hr but so do the hacks out in the branches who have to eat sh*t from customers, service writers, and insurance adjustors...hardly seems right to me.

we work for shit - we make nothing - any other company would pay more allow us to dress down -- admin works no overtime or saturdays (Cavoli is to cheap for OT) so most $7 to $15/ hr -- the higher pay is for sr accts and sr members of loss control - but with no OT - they make less than the 50+ hour branch MT's ?????

you pay shit - you retain shit - all of admin is shit - the good ones left....
