Who the hell came up with this new phone guide?

I especially love the aggressive close! If anyone ever said what this guide wants us to say, I would hang up immediately and rent from HLE.

No normal person would ever say this - This guide is worse than their commercials. I am now even more embarrassed to work here.

Why don't you post the new phone guide?

Those thigns were always horrible. The problem with a phone script is that there is interaction with another human being and sometimes life doesn't follow the script.

Speaking as a customer, I would find that really offensive. That's just pushy and demanding.

However, it's exponentially worse when the reservation they're trying to get you to make is intended only to be binding on the customer and not on themselves.

It's stuff like this that fuels Failing Enterprise.

I would never rent from any one who said this to me. This makes me ashamed to work for this company. Everyone in our city is mortified. Every corporate account and bodyshop that has called our branch just starts laughing when we answer the phone like this.

I called an Enterprise branch for work the other day and let me tell you, you guys sound like the biggest bunch of egotistical schmucks I have ever heard. I called to discuss a bill, and they were like "do you want to rent a vehicle?" And I said no, I am calling for...and they just cut me off and treated me like shit. Great customer service for your corporate accounts. I was deeply impressed...

Whoever came up with that f'ing script lives in a world filled with rainbow colored skittles and butterflies.

It had to be f'ing Zavacky. He has tried to roll out scripts for years, and they NEVER work.

failing admin, it does not cost to make a res like at other companies you must leave deposits and if you do not show they will charge you. not the case at erac at least in penn. happens all the time acually more then when we don;t have a car i am sure of the that. maybe different in cali.
