Default Erac in present day

Seems like there is alot of reminiscing going on in this board I'm wondering if there are alot of current employees on this board, also I just thought I would let everyone know that your stories are bad but it has gotten exponentially worse in the past month due to the awful performance the group is putting on. I will be leaving soon and just wondering how many other people out there are planning on leaving also.

How have things gotten bad? Do you have examples?
I hear numbers across the board are pretty much in the toilet. Has management given any reasoning for this drop-off? I'm guessing they're going to blame it on the MTs and theif failure to sell at least 100 package points and get 5 car sales and corporate leads per month.

The amount of bullshit has tripled, between pdm's(Corporate agenda), the new phone script(corporate agenda), not only that we now need to be certified that we can book reses aggressively. Pdm's are basically marketing sheets that can be easily made up and, need to be considering the ridiculous amount of hours were supposed to market.....basically all this is due to the groups inability to grow, this is all coming from corporate and shit runs downhill. Also the matrix has surpassed a new mark in being able to be manipulated....there is an mt, now ma who has been no. 1 on it for 8 months straight....there is an explanation for his run at no. 1, but since the matrix has no flaws he's just the best seller ever created.

They should probably fire some Branch Managers. That should correct the problem. If that doesn't fix it, then they should fire some Area Managers. If that doesn't work, then it must be a downturn in the market....because there's now way the GM or ARMs could be at fault.

Seriously though, don't even look at Cavoli...just look at the ARMs. They're all pricks that get little respect from anyone...no wonder things are going down the pooper.

Yea, that's definitely true, but I do think some of the area managers are the accountable ones, in certain areas, not in all.

What is your deal dude? Are you on here to give advice and tips to Eracket to improve their bs ways? Why are you defending Cavoli? Honestly, your new job (if you ever even left that s-hole) must be more of a joke than Erac. Your efforts to improve the company through your grand wisdom are poisoning this message board. Get it together. I've tried to be kind up to this point. Either you get the point and the overall sentiment of this website or you don't...got it?

Look up sarcasm in the dictionary. Jesus friggin' Christ, dude. I'm pointing out the irony in the current cycle....things don't get done so they fire a branch manager, then the next manager doesn't get things done. the problem is at the top of the company and works its way down. Seriously try to understand where someone is coming from before you attempt to tear apart their comments.

You can only slice a pie so many ways and they are realizing that the growth is "not unlimited". OH I was thinking about the BS of how ERAC was "recession proof" that they tell you when you first start. BUt look at things 65% of there O.P. is flip. So when the economy bombs car sales slow--guess what happens to there flip--it goes down alot and there goes most of the profit they make.
