Didn't he just get promoted to that spot? I do not know him, but for some reason it seems like he was not the bm very long. What happened? I got one of those "immediate opening" ms01's last week. |

Frosty has been the manager of 5762 for many years. I htink he's been a manager for over 7 years or something. |

Where did he go? |

Oh I'm sure. I bet another week would've given him a few thousand more in profit sharing so they cut him loose. Classy as always, ERAC. Is Sallade is Area Manager? Anyone know the details? |

| I myself was forced to quit around the 7 year mark as frosty has been. No particular reason at all and my branch was performing better than most in the area. I was wondering if anyone has brought legal action against erac in cases such as these? If it helps, although i quit, i won my unemployment hearing against ecrap and was able to receive unemployment benefits. |

The usual wrong doing with ERAC firing people around the 7 year mark, is that they didn't fire them sooner. I'm sorry, but after 7 years, if you were still a branch manager, something was going wrong. That's just like people I know that have been at ERAC for over 2.5 years and they're still assistants. It's take to assess the situation and leave, people. |
