Planning to quit!

I have been hearing a lot of people plan on quitting this summer( I am from Zavacky's group) I can't say I blame them. I am going to start looking too. About 15 different people!!! I haven't been at erac long, but they all can't be wrong so I am going to get out too! Adios 90 degree car washing in a suit, no lunches, and dealing with this crap all day. I thought maybe I was just paying dues, but I see people that have been here for a LONG time doing the same crap I am doing....I went to college for this??????? NOPE!

You make valid points, but of those 15 that say they are goingt o quit, I will be willing to bet 10 of them are still employed by ERAC by the end of the summer, and 5 of those 10 will still be employed in June of 2007. I hope I'm wrong, but that is the thing that really pisses me off about disgruntled employees. If you're not happy, move on. When I realized I dind't like my job anymore I startyed looking elsewhere...as soon as I had a job nailed down, I quit. People are just to afriad to pull the trigger.

I quit last week. I already feel much better.

They work you 70 hours a week so you are too worn down to look for another job! Another sneaky ERAC trick!

why do oyu think they don't want computers with internet access? Too many people would be on monster.com giving their life an upgrade.
