57 mass exodus

several bm's/assistant mgrs left since last week....much more to come. I think GP57 is geting nervous because they are now considering cutting our hours down to 47 hrs/week with the same pay as if you worked 52 hours.

This is not going to look good to the new hires from June/July fresh out of college.

By the way, what happened to Tom Mathews, the assistant from 42 (I think)?

I saw he left about 2 weeks ago...just curious.

the 47 thing is old. When everyone got there pay raises (i know) it was set for MTs. Even if you only worked 47/week all year you would make 30k. So who all quit?

Yeah, who all left? Wasn't there an Exodus this time last year too? I think I was involved in it.
