don't forget the manager that have been fired.

Managers like Jeanne Kathryn Cooper. It only took ERAC 7 years ot get the balls to fire this worthless sack.

What was the deal with the adjusted schedule for having a child? You have a kid so you get to work 40 hours a week? Well shit, I should've adopted a chinese baby and asked for the same thing. 40 hours a week is pretty sweet.

Sorry to sound insensitive...but having a child gives you the right to maternity leave...after that, if you can't do the job, then it's time for you to move on and find a different way to make a living.

Am I alone on this thought?

Glad to here Cooper got the boot finally. Also, I am sure someone could have sued ERAC for discrimanation for not offering other employees the special deal that she got. She was the bitch of all bitches. I had Greg Sallade bust my balls because I would not interview for a position with her so I told him she's a bitch and I won't work with her.

Jean was a pretty hard worker for at least half of the day. The problem was most Monday's and Friday's she bolted before 5pm. That was a moral buster for her employees.

Jean Cooper was like a mother to me. I grew up not knowing who my mom was and Jean took me under her wing and I looked up to her. It's a shame she is gone.
