Class Action Suit

Please read the above Suit against ERAC. Glad to see a few people had the Guts to stand up them----we all know Assistant Managers are not really a part of management---and should be paid over time--that is what the suit is about.

Take a stand against them. You can cry as much as you want about ERAC but why don't more of you do something about it. I am talking something productive--ERAC is smart---so it's time to be smarter and beat them at there own game.

The No lunch issue should be dealt with in a legal manner. So many people are working there butts off getting no lunch and not even getting paid for it.

How many of you former employee would rent a car from ERAC--you all know the cars that were not safe that people "rolled" anyhow. Think about it....
