Default JOHN VRABEL said to be fired

Word is that Greg Cavoli does not like the job that John Vrabel is. I heard John is close to being forced out. Corp. growth is still not were it should be and Cavoli is coming down hard on the corp. account managers.

How come Michelle Bosch didn't have any of these problems with these people performing? Interesting thought to think about.

P.S. Last I heard from a friend in GP16, that group is BLOWING UP!!

So to recap:
-Bosch in Group 57=good
-Bosch leave Group 57=things turn shitty
-Bosch goes to Group 16=The place blows up

Sounds to me like she should be gunning for Don Ross' job.

Either that, or she gets out in the knick of time before her decisions have impact. Maybe Cavoli is now feeling the effects of some of Bosch's decisions. From what I heard, she is in out and of all the groups she has lead within a couple years. Many of the decisions a GM makes have long term impact, not short term.

Sincerely, GC

Anyone think this is actually GC that wrote this? Either way, he makes some valid points. Michelle really hasn't lasted in groups very long, and decisions certainly can be more long term. Interesting counter-point.

I am sure Greg Cavoli did not write that. Cavoli and Bosch are buddies. She got Cavoli the group 57 job. Bosch is better manager than Cavoli anyday. She wipes the floor with him.

Both made over $2million a year--thats about $200,ooo.oo per pay check. They both are arragont pricks but Bosch is the lesser evil by far.

Well he never actually said who was the person in question. They may just happen to have the same initials.

If John Vrabel was fired, he deserved it! He was Shady (with a capital S). The only difference between John and the people fired for improprieties is that John didn't get caught! Same goes for countless other area managers!! (not to say that some actually do do things the right way!)

Employees of Grp 16 aren't too impressed with Michelle Bosch, and never thought she deserved this job. But she's a friend of Pam's so she'll get moved right along, regardless of her abilities (or lack of). I heard Cavoli just got promoted to Virginia GM spot. He couldn't be doing that bad.
