I heard the list will be longer come October.

Tom W. is not well respected by his employees. Isn't this a necessary quality of a "leader" (a term he likes to use so often). In Tom's world leaders are robotic.

You wonder if their is a correalation between the exodus that is happening right now and is going to continue through december and the fact the 578's payroll expense's are some of the lowest in the group. Once again, if you grind your employees they will eventually come to a halt.

What a joke, he is king of nothing!!! Except blaming others for the shortcomings of the branch, if it something happens to go right he did it, it is all because of him, and if something goes wrong it must have been one of his underlings fault, and he will scream at them even though he f&cked it all up in the first place. Remember he was taught how to accept all the praise and deflect all of the screw up's from his mentor (HA HA), the king of sleaze, SZ, Mgr at Honesdale !@!!!!!!
