Someone I know really well from admin (who knows a lot of the "behind the scenes") was hinting to me that MZ is next on the bubble.

that is not a surprise considering the size of his area and his compensation package is considerably different then other group rm's in the group and his length of employment in the capacity he serves. get out while you still can if you are in the east.

how many people have or will quit 572/57P which will be a direct or indirect result of the kld firing. Way to go mdz and cavoli you fired one great leader who was irreplaceable (norman-rentjes) joke! and you lose 6 others in mgmt in 3 months. way to go! i am sure the accounts and all of the employees will or have witnessed about 7 people leave total . Funny thing is, this was the accounts and employees only real connection to ERAC. Imagine if your an employee and see leaders and real good people quit that you looked up to. why would you want their job? why would you stay? mdz will spin this to say we had to cleanup the mess that kld left and now we can move forward with new employees who are bought in to erac's new direction... get out while you still can! save yourself!

Mark is the one that needs to go! He is GROSSLY overpaid, he lacks respect from employees, and he is only out for one guy, which everyone knows. I hate talking to that guy, He is a complete fake.

Bring someone in that is fresh with new ideas, and pay them half of what this jerk makes, and will have far better results from the employees.
