Here is why! Kurt paid his dues, and truly cared for his people, and look how he was treated! This company shit on him. Who the hell wants to work for this company for 13 years, put your life on hold, sacrifice EVERYTHING outside of work only to be fired by a fucking goon, and replaced by cheaper inexperienced clones (as soon as you start actually living the dream they cram down your throat from day 1).
There will be A LOT more leaving. I know of at least 7 more ACTIVELY searching.

By firing Kurt, they fed a cancer in our city that is spreading rapidly.

maybe they wanted to clean house and by doing that was firing kurt and letting others make the inevitable choice of leaving. not very smart but obviously done for a reason. erac is smart and sneaky but definitly not percived as being so. i do not condone the ways but they play games and somehow win in the long run. i just want to see the walls come crashing down soon. truth be told erac will live on no matter how many people quit. that is the sad part. the only way that to solve anything is to have a strike.

Thats so true unfoprtunately erac is predominately college kids first job so very few would be brazen enough to organize a strike but it is the only way things would be solved
