| Here is how it goes kd was around when enterprise experienced rapid growth, and i mean very rapid....he used to handle all of allentown and bethlehem, he was making bank. The came to him and said they were going to "create more oppurtunity by giving him his own area, allentown, and putting a new area manager in Bethlehem. Well this was a grand idea but unfortunately kd cant take a paycut for a smaller area so he winded up hittin the jackpot, he got to get a raise from an already huge salary. Now heres the kicker, from all the posts on this site i guess u guys were under the impression that kd makes 6 figures, which he does.....last year he was close to clearing 200,000 dollars, and i mean very close. Well now that u have the facts lets look at the solution, the money grubbing company that erac is decides they can go without an actual leader like kd because he has such a high salary, but better than that they can put great spin on it. This spin comes in the form of splitting allentown area into two. This has a two fold reason, the first reason, and main one is the fact that they can pay two area managers less than they paid kd, i think the starting target for am salary is around 75,000 if im not mistaken which is horrible but u cut out nearly 50,000 in salary that kd was making. Now the second approach which is the clincher......look at all the "oppurtunity" that is being created by having two spots open, acting as if the area is experiencing rapid growth....unfortunately all working there know that is not the case. Face facts this area is stagnant in growth, salaries for upper management are getting lower, noone is happy and they are now taking out their best people. In other words, everyone jump off the ship before it sinks..... |

Hell, they already split his area into two parts. I think it sucks if ERAC is doing that to save money. Freaking typical...you give your whole life, more or less, to the company and once you're cramping their overhead costs you're sent packing. What a bunch of BS. |

| In a good company the turnover rate is not 50%. Don't waste your time at ERAC. It's a terriable company to work for and even if you do "make it" they were force you out to cut costs. Greg Sallade will be next to get the boot. He's making too much money they will get rid of him. |

| Our Level 3's stink of deception and lies. They are tying to roll out KD's departure as a good thing. Tell that to his wife and family. He gave up 12 years of his life for this company, barely had any work/life balance, but did it to earn a secure living for the family, earned every god damn cent he made in my opinion, and then got the boot because they could hire two green little turd-monkeys and still save 60k. As for us Easterners....MZ, I speak for many of us when I say you smell of deceit and lies when step through the front door. Do you have any idea how many people loath the days you come to visit.
