What is group 57's retention ? It has got to be way below the corporate average. What I want to know is why Enterprise does not change the way they conduct business to make it both equally customer and employee friendly. 55 hours a week is uncomprehensible. Now unless you are a stockbroker, doctor, lawyer, or hold a high position in firm then it is to be expected. However the return is pretty high with these jobs which justifies it. Now if you have no degree then it is understandable that you would work long hours in a plant, truck driver, or low end retail and the return is low. However Erac employs only college grads and they make you believe it is ok to work for virtually 1.00/hr more above min wage workers working a 40 hr work compared to your 55. It is not ok and selling you that there are fast promotions well that is all well and good however the raise you get through your promotion is what you should have got to start with erac which is about 36 as an asst and 46 as a manager. those are real figures and that is contingent upon you comm pct and op. Your base as a asst or mgr is about 20 to 25. All else is commission. I called bullshit a long time ago but it is not easy to leave working 55 hours/wk and being tired all the time. sooner or later you just say fuck it and look for a job full ahead and deal with the fall out later. do yourself a favor and serious consider reevaluating your job at, test the waters and see if you like what is out there. Don;t let them make you believe this is the only job for you and you can't do any better because you can. Run, Run, Run, Run, Run, Run..... Stop one day and look around do you see anybody older then 30 other then your area mgr, group, gmwhich account for like 20 people tops out of 500, where do you think all of those other people are that use to work with them? They all moved on because that place is a fantasy land filled with broken promises and empty dreams!

I'm tired of crybabies! There is this thing called Monster.com where you can post your resume. It takes 20 minutes and employers call and e-mail you. When it is time for an interview, take a day off or call in sick. You're leaving anyway so there will be no repercussions. Tell the interviewer you work hard as displayed by your 55 hour weeks and you'll get a new job. Yaaay. I'm better than Dear Abby or the old birds that replaced ann landers (RIP).

tired of crybabies? that is what that is why this site was invented you mental midget! your boy admin invented this site due to being a crybaby because he went through the bait and switch one to many times. What else are you supposed do on this site praise enterprise and say what a great company it is to work for. That would contradict the whole website's existence of "failing enterprise.com". Here we go let me try do rephrase my statements to get into the fantasy world you live in. Group 57 has such a high retention and they are recruiting from the likes of the ivy leagues. Gpa's weigh heavily if you get hired and they run an extensive fbi background check to check for character flaws. In addition they have long history of retention of employees to date they are the least recruited from employer in business. After jack taylor's son took over the company, he was successful at creating a very employee friendly environment. Most employees are very honest and look out for others best interests. Also the wealth is spread very evenly across the board and they really reward hard work. Potential candidates for employment are at enterprise's doorstep for employemnt and this is why they created such a stringent policy in regards to employment. Enterprise always creates time for one's Spouses and children so they can truly enjoy that there loved one is always home when they need them. Benefits are top of the line and they have nice safe cars for our customers. WHAT A JOKE! I am sure that sounds about right at least that is what IRIS WALT would like to read.

i am out of the concentration camp. i am just stirring up chatter about reasons why the majority leave. I was looking for a response but certainly not a crybaby response to my indiscretions but rather a general concensus of why it is what it is? that was not my intent. here is a better question. why do so many allow someone to place there sack in your mouth everyday and not do something about it sooner?

nut sack moron..... your a doushe and i am sure that i am not the first person to tell you that based of you throwing out 4 different types of sacks. My sack statement was predicated on your "getting kicked in the nuts" correlation to everyday enterprise. Obvioulsy you fit the mold of erac's hiring process because u definitly have a pulse and for sure are a dumbass.I don't know who you are but you are definitly a d-bag! And most definitly a underachiever in life. where did you make it to at erac. car prep or let me guess in-house ? there is a tough gig.
