Enterprise=Nazi

New employees will think enterprise really cares about them and their ideas. However, any true ERAC VET will tell you they don't want to change anything--they will ask your ideas---mostly trying to feel you out about other employees--or your manager etc.. to judge morale. However, they force everyone to dress alike---ONLY WHITE SHIRTS--if you look at the ERAC guys it's similar to a "master race" idea of Hitler. Again, most of the girls and guys are very attractive looking too--very similar to what Hitler wanted.

I know ERAC is not as bad as a NAZI but do yourself a favour and get a real job and stop listening to their BS--they tell everyone they are doing great and are going to be the next hot shot Area Manager. Just more lies to keep you there and working like a dog. The Christmas party is more smoke and mirrors to get you believe ERAC is a quality company---it cost them little get you drunk and feed you more BS you will be the next Millionaire Enterprise G.M.
