erac at a glance

be aware if you take the job at erac, you will ruin your body possibly irreversible the longer you stay. you will not be able to sleep properly, eat properly, release stress like you used to be able to because no time to workout/run/relax. it will also add 5 years to your life for every one year that you work there. erac's age is kind of like dog years. you may start losing your hair prematurely and will you will become a very unhealthy person both mentally and physically. the worth is 28k as a an MT, 34 as an MA and 38 as an ASST (maybe) and 48k as a MGR (maybe) for a 60 hour work week. now does that sound worth it as the above adverse affects mentioned compared to the return value which is a true estimate and a JOKE for the responsibilty and hours devoted? the job sucks no matter how much you get paid however it would be more tolerable if you were paid more however people would still quit so that is probably why they just flip employees and pay them little so they can get their biggest bang for their buck in the quickest way possible. JUST BE AWARE THIS IS NOT A CAREER IT IS A JOB WITH LIMITED RETURN AND A VERY UNHEALTHY ONE AT THAT! OH YA BY THE WAY IT IS NOT YOUR BUSINESS, IT IS THEIRS EVEN THOUGH THEY FALSE ADVERTISE ON THE CAREERS WEBSITE THAT IT IS YOUR LITTLE PROFIT CENTER AND YOUR DECISIONS. BE AWARE THEIR ARE 6 OTHER HANDS IN YOUR BUSINESS AND ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT APPROACH AND TREAT YOU LIKE YOU ARE FROM NORTH KOREA. YOU HAVE NO SAY REALLY AND IF YOUR SMART ENOUGH TO SEE THIS OR STAND UP TO THEM THEY PULL RANK AND HAVE NO GOOD RESPONSES OTHER THEN TO SAY I AM YOUR BOSS. SO IF YOUR A FOLLOWER AND HAVE NO LEADERSHIP SKILLS WHICH THE COMPANY USED TO POSSES AND YOU DON'T WANT A SOCIAL LIFE OR MAKE MONEY THEN THIS IS THE JOB FOR YOU.
