What I have to ask is how does anyone in management wake up in the morning and take themselves seriously? How can one look in the mirror and say to themselves YES!!! another day of overpromising, underdelivering, and selling pipe dreams to kids about six figures.

It is a high stress, moderate yield job that is suited for one who seeks no passion in their life.

anybody in mgmt is a complete scumbag.. they are lower then lawyers defending murderers and rapists that they know are guilty. it is the same thing because they now 1 out of 1000 will actually see that money. if that. so they are scumbags no matter how cool you think they are. they are creating a smokescreen that is filled with lies so you stay! in the end the inevitable happens 1-3 yrs ..... the light will shine in somewhere around there

It just seems like it's gettin worse for GP57...it used to be that a bunch of MT's would quit cause the job sucks, but managers were bought in for a longer period of time...now managers are leaving left and right...I LOVE IT!!! Good for them!!!

Everyone in GP57 is starting to see just how much Enterprise sucks. Working 70 hour weeks, getting yelled at by customers, having spineless area managers blow sunshine up your ass gets real old, quick. Anyone can go anywhere else and make shitloads more money and see their families. 570 is just seeing the worst of it because G Forbes has ZERO idea how to run a business, and even less in the "people skills" category (unless he's talking to a bunch of new hires about how great ERAC is in their first week!) Hell, any of these fuckwads will salivate over any bullshit you tell them in their first week at ERAC. NEW HIRES: GET THE FUCK OUT WHILE YOU STILL CAN!!! (Lowe's and Home Depot are hiring!)

being a former mgr .... i know exactly when it went down hill for mgrs. when that fuckwad cavoli had a meeting and pulled out a laminated phone script and then rolled out pdms. that was when the light started shining for me and the smoke was removed and let me see that i was really working at burger king except with a shirt and tie and a company car. i felt like a loser. i now make 80k and feel as if i have a new start to my life. don't let this place hold you down any longer. take control, fight back and take your OWN life back!

the company sucked to begin with but thanks to cavoli he let me see the light and did me a huge favor. THANKS GREG! the only question i have is how do people like this sleep at night? gm's, group rentals,area mgrs?

i am not talking about some shitbag lazy mt's either. i mean the educated, well spoken, hard working employees and pay them and treat them like shit? can't even comprehend it. and then be surprised when they want to leave. then when they beg you to stay, they dont even offer more money. they are so wrapped up in the lies they continue to sell the dream and that is the shit that people are sick of..
