Default 10 year mt?

is this the group that has an employee who's been working at erac for 10 years and has not been promoted to management? what does that say for all the future area managers on the way to their next "promotion"?

this is the group who had one man (frosty) who finally got let go after 8 years a mgr of the same branch with not only ZERO growth, but negative growth....

this is the same group who has no qualified people to become area managers because the pay is shit... so a trainer who is also NOT QUALIFIED became one....

if it were not for remarketing this whole group would be in the f**cking red .... this group can't make any money renting cars... just selling crappy ones for to much.....

leave now before you waste your entire youth at this place

well said son well said! Cavoli tanked this group. there a handful of good managers left.outside of that Greg's selfishness will eventually turnover every position until he gets fired or leaves. if it were not for caffery you're right nobody would make anything. they make shit to begin but it would be pitiful if not for remarketing. hey greg keep promoting based on uncontrollable performance factors seems to be working for you! way to expand your black and white promotional guide! there are some talented managers but will have a tough time getting promoted based on extenuating circumstances outisde of the managers control. hence rentjessss is an area mgr.. good pick.. retention is in the teens! hey greg here is a tip. raise the rates, pay people more stop being so fu**ing cheap and build some sort of structure for your mgmt. not an unbelievable painted picture... here is a hint nobody believes the lie anymore. the cat is out of the bag captain obvious!

hey greg at least give people a taste of the pie. hell their the ones doing all the work for you. stop giving them the crust and let them taste the part that counts with the whip cream on it. what your doing is denying the 5 year old at a birthday party a piece of cake and leaving him the crumbs on a plate. if you look at it like that and compare the analogy to erac's pay then it is the same thing. way to go cavoli!

Is this true?? Is there really a mt who has been there for 10 years?? I was reading a post from a different group and someone mentioned a manager who was unable to get promoted and is still a manager after 10 years. One of the green bleeders called the poster a liar saying something like that could "never happen" How funny is that!

Actually, Sarah Grana out of 5710 just got promoted to MA going on 11 years now. She's one of a handful of MA's in the company that are tenured with ERAC. She can retire in 4 years and not ever worry about being promoted to AM.
