but the same basic concept & result - people on the top get paid, people on the bottom get screwed, & they both involve lies & deception...but ERAC is actually a legitimate company w/ a legitate product...treat their ppl like crap, but a little different then that article...

But I agree, anyone thinking of ERAC should be familiar w/ the pyramid schemes & understand that they are about to become the equivelent of the bottom level of those schemes; and they will suck it up for as long as they can until they can't take anymore & decide to get a real job...

only a few working at ERAC can go on to real jobs. many are retards that can only either work at ERAC or be a greeter at Wal-Mart...

the difference is that Wal-mart doesn't try to snow it's employees into believing that with hard work they will be CEO someday. ERAC makes all kinds of promises while knowing they have a retention rate of < 20%
