Yeah, I heard sexual harrassment too; i think that is the real reason.

BB was among the most unprofessional at all of ERAc; and at area manager level, sexual harassment is not taken lightly anymore.

I worked with fat ass up in Easton, what a tool, Transfered up to 57 from group 17, met baker and was like, damn what a douche bag, thought he would of died from a massive coronary b4 erac shit canned him. Dude used to eat 2 or 3 value meals for lunch. How could he sexually harass someone when he had to lift his stomach to find his junk?

good point... because we all know fat people never sexually harass anyone because fat people can't have sex.

If that were true only 10 % of erac employees could have sex. because 90% are to fat to find there dick or vag.

I wouldn't be surprised if Sexual Harassment is the next big, newsworthy lawsuit for ERAC.

Although there has to be something coming down the road for ripping all employees out of pay. Why was the previous lawsuit speciffic only to Assistant Managers???????

because ERAC liked to pretend that they were salaried... even if it were a sh*tty salary.... but after 50 hours a week the b*llsh*t went too far... most states have labor laws against this type of abuse of your employees...

no greasy fat calzone from Philly - Cavoli will be able to pay AM's so little and get away with it

Baker might be interviewing for Hertz.....but he couldn't take a job there for a year, unless he wants to lose his ERAC severance. So either Hertz plans really far in advance or you have a shitty source.

they know quality when they see it... they are willing to pay top $$$ and he is willing to part with his serverance BECAUSE of the sign on bonus
