Brian baker - you always knew where you stood with this guy. he sacrificed alot driving from nazareth to lancaster for 2 + years, his choice i grant you but this just goes to show you he was # 1 branch manager for 1
+ years and he was an area mgr for 2 years and made the group alot of money and he was fired with no warning..... that should summarize the job for you not to stay at this company..... it is a one way street to a dead end no matter what the circumstances are.....

I will give you that he had a hell of a drive and he devoted alot of time to the company....however, it was his choice not to move closer.

He treated his employees like shit unless you were an ass kisser like Timmy Scams....if you ever expressed yourself to him--you might as well get ready for an as raping.

It was about time he got the boot. He has had 5 employees quite in the past 30 days--all because his management style sucks, there is no flexibility, and he just doesn't care.

He was so unprofessional. He would chew and spit during meetings, could never give you advise. He only knew how to scream at you and talk about EVERYONE behind their backs.

No warning? Are you fucking retarded? He was warned within the first month he was AM, with the way he walked in to the group with his attitude. This guy was scum of the earth and was actually, somehow, a mockery to ERAC employees everywhere. He was the first to admit that his employees got him promoted to AM. I guess we were supposed to be impressed with his ability to surround himself with good people.

Good job, Brian. Maybe now you can devote ALL of your time to making pirated DVDs. I think I might just call my friend at the FBI to tip them off about your little side business just to kick you while you're down.

And also, Sallade, the guy you talked so much shit on....he still has a job, and you don't. How does that feel, big guy? Looks like his style gets you a little further than the "Just make it happen" management style. I guess maybe you can go to Blockbuster so that will give you easy access to DVDs.
