Default Ways to steal from ERAC...

Yep I am a disgruntled employee who has found additional ways to supplement your income, and before Cavoli starts talking, yes i know its wrong but it feels so goooood. And besides is it any different than lying about pay plans or not paying employees for not getting a lunch or not paying employees when we have to drive to some dumb ass meeting (sure we would be going there on our own time). Anyways leave others if I miss some.

1.Fuel-of course this is obvious. start right away and say you were trained to enter miles in '12345'. And do it at random times like say you need the gas card for a car when you are going to drop off a customer and before you return go to you car and filler up.

2.Cash Customers-this is a no brainer. You can do anything from getting the right amount and recomputing after the customer leaves to making some bogus 'right-off for Esqi' deals. This is where building relationships with your dirtball customers is so great.

3.Days off-for all level 2s you DO have sick time, so don't ask for days off; instead call in sick.

4.Before U Quit-use up all your choice days, you dont get paid for those...but you do your sick. Try to quit on your anniversary as well, right when you re-up.

5.Tires-take a car home at night that is the same model as what you have and switch em out.

6.Love thy Dealership-shady peple are in the Service Drive use this to your advantage. Have them get you some sweet aftermarket parts for your own wheels but giving them bogus info that they can say they did repairs on the easiest is taking out all the engine oil from a car and actually renting it, it will lock up the engine and you can make sure it gets to the Service Manager and get him a sweet commission.

7.Never do the Bank-you can flat out just steal money out the bank and no fuss is ever really brought up unless it is an extreme amount. Always train new MTs to do the banks.

8.Casino-if youhave a bank of 2500 or more go to the casion. play the $5 slots a t three pulls a time ($15 a pull) and you should make a nice profit. If you dont-hopefully you read 7 and didnt do the bank anyways.

9. My favorite was charging a bunch of bad debt off to cust ccards that were declining by putting fake auth # in. They would figure it out a month later, but after I rcvd my last commission check. If it wasn't my last month of employment I would charge cust ccard and put it under an MT's #. This was acheived by overlooking as they write a ticket (get password) and tell them you are making sure they write a ticket properly.

These were all things taught to me by a current Area Manager and were posted for your benifit in heading off employees who head down the wrong path. Use this to protect your store.

Here is another one....in there terrible times of high gas prices, go to a gas station and offer to fill up strangers tanks for only $20. You charge the gas card for the fillup and pocket the $20. Cha-ching!

Your forgetting that all branches have codes to do a free wash at most car washes (although they prefer freeloading off the local dealerships whenever possible).

When you know of someone planning to pay for a wash (even a complete stranger) you can offer the wash at halfprice and use the local ERAC branch code & pocket their money.
