If you're happy working the hours at ERAC then I say bless you. Definitely wasn't worth it for me.

I am not sure if you are refering to the right post....I already discussed that I am happy and that I KNOW that my current employer is much better than ERAC. By the way, a good portion of our employees came from ERAC GP57 and we are all very content (financially and emotionally) at our current company. Not one person would go back to ERAC. Like I said when I go to branches people ask me if they can send me their resumes and I actually referred someone from GP57 this week. Everyone is miserable at ERAC even to this day and I know b/c I am still friends with just about everyone there. Have fun working Saturday! I make more money than Area MGRs (after 1 yr) and I am already fully invested in the company. My retirement and all financial options blow ERAC's out of sight. Again (only b/c you keep trying to beat a dead horse) I worked at ERAC and I now work somewhere else so I know the difference...AND I was doing well at ERAC ... I opted to leave right after I was promoted. So please stop making yourself sound more rediculous...there is cult therapy available since you can't find the light on your own. Think about what happened to Kurt D and all of the other mgrs who were let go b/c they made too much. Saleries are going down at ERAC my friend. There is nothing I miss about ERAC except the people I worked with there. Good luck and learn to be happy for others who have found good fortune.

He tries at 1st to hold onto them by telling them they are making a huge mistake by leaving. One time he was so desperate for employess to stay he actually kept an employee (who he thought he could control) in his office for 3 HOURS with a branch mgr and had his wife call her (NO EXageration). His wife doesn't even work at ERAC, but no one should ERAC-Gang-Bang someone into staying. The employee left anyway, thank God. However his whole retention strategy and work ethics are trully the mark of an irrational and unprofessional person. IN most companies, if someone leaves they take them out to happy hour, bring in a cake and card, then sincerely wish them the best of luck.

In brief summary, The irrational and immature behavior of "I Bleed Green" is very similar to TJW.

just because you never made it to a point where you only put in 40 hours and made the big money doesn't mean you need to act bitter you loser. I can see you have no life or friends, that is why you are checking up on your old ERAC chums hoping they might miss you or say something nice to a loser like you. hey dropout, can I have some fries with that?
