put down your glass of Kool-Aid and wake up. You will get thrown under the bus. Besides, all anyone cares about in 58 is Lexington and Louisville. Everything else is marginalized.

Let's see how many vehicles we can move to Louisville on Derby Weekend so we screw oursleves!!!

Hey, it's not my fault if Louisville is rocking your little world. Jesse R and his team are focused on success. Yes, Derby is coming up and we are going to make so much $$$...... Mmmm, I love it.

Yes, I am sure you made a lot of money by jacking up the prices and screwing your customers as always.

Group 58 actually treats us very well. Its tough work, but we have a lot of fun also. Is it really that different in other states?

58 is the same as anywhere else.Turnover is laughable. Always looking to replace someone who quit. From MT-BM. CM screwing their managers and or employees, of course it gets washed over. No lunch break, at least in my old area. Required parties to get drunk then go driving (hope you don't get a DUI). No or little training.
That's about it. I'm just glad I walked from that company! I hope others follow. It's just like prison, it's better on the outside.

Group 58 is just like any other group. Same BS. Any person that says ERAC is a great place to work and they treat you well is obviously not been with the company very long. Give it time!!!!! You'll be on this side eventually.

I wasted 10 yrs of my life with ERAC. The best decision I've ever made was to leave this Brainwashing Trap. They lead you to believe there's nothing better out there. Guess What? There is!!!! It's amazing at how much happier I am now. You don't realize how much this place effects your life, family, and friends.

It's really nice waking up in the morning wanting to go to work.

NO loyality @ ERAC. It's really sad when your City Manager throws you under the bus. Nothing like saving your own ass. I would really love for St. Louis to check what is going on in the Bluegrass. People are getting promoted with false numbers and skrew your boss equals promotion. Top performers suddenly gone. Managers are scared that today will be their last day if they ask questions. Loyality to career doesn't matter.

how well y o u have described the green hellhole here .... St. Louis is going to do NOTHING about it friend .. they are all sitting in their ivory tower counting money .... in order to get St. Louis to "do something" that is anything at all ... it would take a gorilla strength "bugman" to exterminate the place .. not going to happen .. best thing about ERAC ?? ? Walking out for good on the busiest day of the year ... yesssssssssssssssssssss ;)
