i only made it to MA in 59n
talk about a poor area, the highest paid BM was barely scraping 45k
most of who i knew quit/fired when the texas cowboys rolled into town, ready to change the MI rental world forever lol. I think 5 BMs were replaced in 59n over the last yr
My buddy who was a BM in marquette sent me a few emails his new ARM sent him...they were real naive and funny, i wish i would have saved them.
