Based on your statement of "idiots make 50k without much work all" you must also be referring to most ERAC BM's and ARM's since it is the pay range most of them are in. Realistically, most BM's make less than 50k annually working 60+ hours per work but I guess they must not be idiots and very intelligent people, LOL!
