Any of you even work for Soucy? 628 people loved him. They performed for him and he got promoted. I won't deny, I'm sure it was a win/win for TJ cuz they hated eachother. Steve probably didn't mind either....especially since no one had been promoted out of 62 since Nam!
They have been trying to move Kooken out since Moses was in short pants!
Soucy is a City Manager in the UK, of a group of about 2300 cars...he has several Area Managers reporting to him. It would be the equal responsibility of TJ in 62W. They just call it a City Manager rather then a GRM. There are plenty of groups in the US that do that as well. GP62 isn't regionalized, that's why they still have some different titles for the same positions.
