Things are getting really out of hand in the omaha area and people are pissed. Other mts I talk to all want to leave asap.God why did I ever take this f**king job?

At least I am out in a few weeks.Got one offer and my resume is on monster so I should be gone soon.

Good luck on Monster...you do know that jobs found on monster/career builder/hot jobs have a worse retention rate than ERAC don't you? Unless you REALLY know what you are looking for...talk to friends and family. Search websites of companies that you are interested in...don't take the easy way out...you won't be happy. Can't make it work at ERAC, you won't make it at a job found on a "career" test site!

This career test site you speak of...could this be more erac bullshit.My wife found a job on monster 3 years ago...she still works there and has just been promoted to marketing director. 120 a year after 3 years...go suck a dick...your lies dont work here!
