Can't make it work at ERAC, you won't make it at a job found on a "career" test site!
So you admit that erac has a terrible retention rate.

Basically what your saying is that your company sucks but it may not be the worst.Wow I will grab my resume and rush right over to your HR building....sounds like a wonderful opportunity.

Oh and by the way I read the stuff on your other post blame.Great lying! SHame you got busted and no one believes anything you say!

I am so glad to hear that your wife found such a great job! The "career test site" is not erac bullshit...it is regular bullshit. Most people go on there and answer questions and are rated...as a heads up only people that "rate" a five or higher are looked at for ERAC that it why I hate those type of sites. By posting on this site I am trying to get people to dig a little deeper...not just give up and go on a "career site" to find their "next" perfect job, but to use their marketing and sales skills to sell themselves and find something that will actually make them happy. Truly no offense to your wife or anyone else that can find something that fits from website. As long as y'all are happy...that's all I care about!

It's actually BLame, an no...I didn't get "busted" if you actually read my other posts you would better understand my position. I have never said ERAC is the greatest place to work, I said it has worked for me. My only problem is that those that don't take responsibility for their own careers, suck. Can't cut it at ERAC...you probably won't make it anywhere. Not because ERAC is an outstanding place to work...because it is a difficult place to work, you will actually learn the difference between working and an outstanding work ethic, not to mention adversity. Don't worry "Unregistered" you will find a good career somewhere.

I have much higher standards...for your information Andy and his wife just celebrated their 35th wedding anniversary. I can make my own money...I don't care about Enterprise...prior to commenting, really read my other posts. And it is actually blame...as in no blame...I have been an MT, MA, Asst. Mgr. Branch Manager and Area Mgr, prior to my current position, which I only took for the raise.
