The GRM's will get launched way before ST. He has corp connections and is a past President's Award Weiner. He will get more rope than you think.

Just wanted to add something.I met ST a few times since I started working at ERAC.I moved here from another country and began working in Omaha.Even though I left the job earlier this year I found ST to be of the highest individual character.I had two problems and went straight to him and they were sorted out.He even wrote me e.mails after I left and apologized if I felt I had been treated badly in any way.I understand the criticism of TJ but ST is a good man.I think it reflects poorly upon you for taking shots at him......not one time did I ever see him do anything wrong!

Pipe it, if ST was a man of character he wouldnt allow the midget to do what he is doing today. Dont fool yourself, your little note was to make you feel exactly as you do right now. You didnt pass your complaints higher, did you? Someone of true character would have removed TJ a long time ago. Its all about covering his own ass. I too felt the same about ST, got the same note as well.

It is all face value bs. Part of the game.

I totally empathize with you when you say you trust and respect ST, but the others are right. It took me a long time to see him for who he really is.
He came to 62 with a list of guidlines he said he would never break and would make all of us uphold. I have seen him break almost every single one.
I think he means well. I don't think he's evil ( like the midget, who would sell his wife's soul to the devil if it meant another $2 in OP or a pair of Gucci loafers) I just think things have gotten away from him. I have to say, allowing bad people to do bad things is just as bad as doing them yourself. That is why people can be prosecuted for being accessories to a crime...ST might not be the perp...but he sure does look the other way a lot.

I'm curious, what were some of the guidelines you're speaking of? Are you Joel Chamberlein? You must have been a level III at the time of Steve taking over.

Chamberlain, doesn't have a good enough sense of humor to come up with,
"like the midget, who would sell his wife's soul to the devil if it meant another $2 in OP or a pair of Gucci loafers"

Now that was funny.
