Anyway...To the one who loves ST so much....I will tell you what he has done to make people frustrated...
1) Allowed 2 of his GRMs to make reckless mistakes without having to answer for them
2) He made a list of promises when he first got to 62 that he has since broken. Some he has broken himself...some he allows others to break unanswered, which I actually think is worse. Ex.
A) Tolerating people to let things "look" good with out "being good"
B) Contacting people on their vacations
C) Making promises that go undelivered...constantly..TJ is an expert
D) Tolerating mediocrity...Tony Finley?
E) Micromanaging...Ask someone who makes all the decisions at 621E...not the manager or Area manager - I can assure you.
F) Never letting people get away with getting late reviews - that's a joke. I was asked by TJ to sign mine before he even filled it completely out so he could "call it done"....Steve was aware..no consequenses.

These are just some of the things that people feel let down by.
Again, no one thinks he is evil...and he is a very nice man. This was not his reputation when he got the Heartland from Canada, so I'm not sure what happend in the mean time.
There is no hate here....just frustration.

*** I have to say the picture of Mr Burns is very funny
oh uh... sounds like someone is calling BS from the field....

I always thought "Fearless Leader" was from the Rocky & Bullwinkle Show.

Doesn't ST sound just like Topher Grace. You know the guy that plays the big dork Eric Foreman on That 70's Show?
